How to Request Deletion of Your Data

You may ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. To do so:

1. Send an email to davidbpm55@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
3. In the message, include the email address you registered with and, if you have it, your Contestant ID.

We may reply to the email address you registered with to confirm that the request is yours before we act on it. We will complete your request within 30 days.

What We Delete

When we process your request, we delete all of the personal data associated with you, including:

• Your email address and your Contestant ID.
• All of your contest entries and results.
• Any Hall of Fame entries.
• Any pending report or PDF Reload records.
• Your mailing list subscription and any contact form messages associated with your email address.

Once deletion is complete, we retain no personal data about you. IP addresses are in any case automatically cleared 90 days after they are collected.

Please Note

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your contest history and any Hall of Fame ranking will be removed.
• If you register again later, your earlier results will not be restored.
